Classic Barre
The Classic Barre format is a balance of isometric strength training and active stretching. Stability muscles are worked to exhaustion and immediately stretched afterwards to create better flexibility within the body.
Power Barre
The Power Barre format is a combination of barre-inspired aerobic exercises and weight training. Instructors design classes to work the mobility muscles safely using functional movement. Expect to leave this class feeling strong and accomplished.
Barre Elongate
Get the best of both strength and stretching in Barre Elongate. The class begins with a 30-minute intense workout focused on strength and balance. It is followed by 20 minutes of deep stretching to enhance flexibility and promote muscle recovery.
