Classic Barre
The Classic Barre format combines isometric strength training with active stretching. Stability muscles are worked to exhaustion and then stretched to improve flexibility. With an emphasis on precise form, this class builds strength safely and improves body awareness.


Power Barre
The Power Barre format blends barre-inspired aerobic exercises with weight training for a dynamic, full-body workout. This high-energy class keeps you moving, challenges your strength and endurance, and leaves you feeling strong, energized, and accomplished.


Barre Sculpt
Barre Sculpt is an advanced, strength-driven class with continuous movement, high reps, and medium to heavy weights. Minimal setup allows for a faster flow and deeper muscle work. Best for students who know our Classic Barre exercises.


Barre Recovery
Barre Recovery is designed to support muscle recovery while building strength and flexibility. The class begins with 30 minutes of barre work focused on strength and balance, followed by 20 minutes of deep stretching to enhance flexibility and aid recovery.
