No, you don’t need prior ballet experience. Barre classes are designed for people of all fitness levels and backgrounds. The exercises can be modified to suit individual needs and abilities.
Please bring your own socks, water bottle and towel if desired. The studio provides all the weights, mats and props you’ll need!
Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for freedom of movement. Most people wear leggings or shorts and a tank top or t-shirt. Pivot Barre classes require grip socks for better traction and hygienic purposes.
You will find parking on Logan or alongside streets like Grant or Pennsylvania. Our studio is located on the Alameda side of the building.
We have a 3-hour cancellation window. This means you must cancel your reservation at least 3 hours before the class start time to avoid any fees. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge to your account, as it impacts our ability to fill your spot with other clients. If you’re a studio member, you can enjoy the benefit of late cancellation fees waived!
For ClassPass users, we follow ClassPass’s cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not have control over ClassPass late cancellation fees, and we are unable to waive them. These fees are managed directly through ClassPass. If avoiding late cancellation fees is important to you, we recommend signing up for a membership directly with our studio, where you can enjoy this and other exclusive perks!
To see results, we suggest taking class three to five times a week. It’s essential to listen to your body and balance exercise with rest for optimal results.

Yes, all our instructors offer modifications for pregnant women to ensure safety and comfort. It’s best to consult with your doctor and inform the instructor about your pregnancy to receive appropriate guidance during the class. If you are postpartum, please bring a note from your doctor stating it’s safe to start working out again.
