Option 1: The Pivot Celebration
This package accommodates up to 10 guests for a total fee of $200.00. Should you wish to include additional guests, there will be an extra charge of $20.00 for each guest beyond the initial 10. The maximum capacity for this package is 16 guests.

How many guests can I invite?
All base package prices cover up to 10 guests. You can add extra participants (up to 16 maximum) for a small per-person fee depending on your selected package.
What should we wear?
Comfortable workout attire! Grip socks are required in the studio (included with The Luxe Celebration package or available for purchase).
Can I add more upgrades or customize my package?
Absolutely! You can easily tailor your experience by adding individual add-ons—such as party decorations, a champagne toast, mimosa & snack bar setups, custom grip socks or any other add-ons —to any base package during checkout or by contacting us prior to your event.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Private event reservations can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to your event date at no additional charge. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event may be subject to a partial fee to cover prep and setup costs.
When should my group arrive on the day of the event?
We recommend having your guests arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time. This allows everyone to get settled, put on their grip socks, and enjoy the atmosphere before class begins!
